Rates and Availability

The following rates are based on the seasonal bookings.
Rates are per night, not per room. The Villa sleeps a maximum
​of 10 or 2 people per room. 


Rates are:
April 15th — November 18th:  $575 per night*
November 19th — April 14th: $650 per night*

*Rates are based on a 7 day rental; however, during non-peak season, 5 or 6 night stays are prorated (a nightly charge) based on the price listed above. Rates listed do not include a 12.5% Virgin Islands hotel tax, plus a $500 refundable security deposit or Credit Card. Christmas/New Years week carries one price, plus a $300 cleaning fee.
